Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

Banana Costumes accepts returns for merchandise which are new, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories. Returns must be sent within 30 days of order date.  Banana Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds after this 30 day window.

We do not pay or reimburse for return shipping.  

Please include your Order # in the package so that we know who the return is from and can process efficiently.

We recommend you ship the package with a carrier that provides tracking information in order to ensure your package has arrived at our customer service team.  Upon receipt and verification that your return is complete, and in new/unworn condition, we will issue refund to your original form of payment.  Your original and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable. In all cases we reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee. Please allow up to an average of 10 business days for the transaction to appear on your card.

Exchanges:

If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend you return your item and place a new order through our website to ensure availability.
